   For example, my friend Kevin Bluam in The Times Leader opined “On the issues Cartwright was strong. Be it jobs, our regional economy, health insurance for pre-existing conditions or coverage for young adults in their early 20s unable to find affordable health insurance on their own, Cartwright was standing up and speaking out.
