O'Brien makes his move, takes over Third District
   It looks like there was a change of the guard in the Third District.
   As written here in the past, Red O’Brien has been jockeying to take the Third over and this past week it came to fruition.
   That change, however, didn’t come without resistance.

State Rep race gets some headlines
   EDITORS NOTE:  The race for Phyllis Mundy’s seat has been fairly quite.  Our own West Pittston Mayor will be challenging her come the fall.  A Libertarian candidate, Tim Mullen, has also thrown his hat in the ring.  Former Kingston Mayoral candidate, John Cordora is supporting Mullen.  Below is fellow blogger Gort’s summation:

   Most endorsements are good for a press release then forgotten the next day. This one isn't even worth a release but I got one from Tim Mullen anyway.
