WA solicitor says vote was valid
First, it looks like the Wyoming Area Board majority has thrown out “Robert’s Rule’s” and made up their own.
Robert’s Rules is used to follow procedure and protocol when conducting meetings.
Next, I have a message for the Wyoming Area Board majority along with any other elected official – it’s OK to make a mistake.
All you need to do is come clean, apologize and fix it.

| Toole won't be returning to City Hall There was a wild rumor floating on the eastside this past week.
I received about a dozen calls that Pittston was going to rehire Wil Toole as City Clerk.
We confirmed this was just a rumor and to quote someone very much in the know, “Over my dead body.”
While Wil Toole found a discrepancy in the budget, I can assure everyone he won’t be returning to city hall.

| WA gets hit with another federal Civil Rights lawsuit Here we go again.
It looks like Wyoming Area along with its nine board members have been slapped with another federal civil rights lawsuit (click here to view).
This past week the Times Leader reported Bill Simmons has filed in federal court.
According to the Times Leader the suit alleges Simmons “was a victim of improper nepotism and that the exceptionally cruel and outrageous mistreatment he suffered caused painful and emotional distress that forced a constructive discharge upon him,” and that “the violations of his rights persist.” Read More ... Beck commends Kanjo for speaking the truth
You might be surprised to know that Glen Beck actually praised our own Congressman, Paul Kanjorksi.
This past week, Beck, again referenced Kanjo on his daily show on Fox.
