Carpet bagging Judge no stranger to domestic problems
It looks like Judge Charles Joseph Rehkamp who was arrested for roughing up his wife is no stranger to domestic disputes.
Rehkamp, who is actually from Perry County, was appointed to help out Luzerne County in their back log of court cases.
According to Pennlive.com, “A Perry County senior judge will not be required to pay his ex-wife what she claimed was more than $24,000 in back alimony payments plus interest, a Chester County senior judge has ruled. At the same Judge C. Joseph Rehkamp will not receive more than $32,500 he claims his ex-wife Kerry Rehkamp owes him.”
