BREAKING NEWS: Owner of high profile engineering firm new County commish
Thomas Cooney, a "Principal" of the high profile engineering firm A&E Group, has been appointed as Luzerne County’s Commissioner.
According to Pittston Area Board member, Terry Best, A & E Group is the engineer of record for Pittston Area.
A&E has also done work for the county, LCCC and Pittston Housing Authority.
