OPEN LETTER TO JUDGE MUROSKI: I want to be County Commissioner
Dear President Judge Muroski
Please accept this as my letter of application for Luzerne County Commissioner.
Before we go any further, please allow me to express my intent if appointed to the position.
When appointed, my first order of business will be to go directly to the Federal Courthouse to sign a plea agreement. I will do this before my first day on the job.
