Divide and conquer.
   After seeing the move by PA Board members Ross Latona and Bob Linskey attempt to nominate newly elected board member Bruce Knick as President of the board, it became clear how they plan on moving their agenda forward in the upcoming year – divide and conquer.
   While their methodology should be commended, their execution failed.
