Judge Toole pleads guitly; Muroksi says no more Judge shopping
As first reported at PittstonPolitics.com back in September, Luzerne County Judge Michael Toole was the next one to go down. According to President Judge Chester Muroski, Toole signed a plea agreement on September 25th. 2009.
Toole has agreed to plead guilty to honest services fraud and filling a false income tax return.
Pursuant to the complaint filed by the US Attorney’s office, Toole agreed to put the fix in by appointing an agreed on arbitrator in an uninsured motorist lawsuit. Read More ...
