WA loses appeal, Union says Bernardi is the problem
“The problems at Wyoming Area have nothing to with the School Board,” John Holland of the PSEA (Pennsylvania State Education Association) said. “Sole responsibility lies on the superintendent, Ray Bernardi and Ray Bernardi alone.”
Holland confirmed Bill Simmons, who was terminated last year, won the appeal which was filed on behalf the school district.
After Simmons was terminated, Holland said there was a grievance filed against the district and Benardi. This was done on behalf of Simmons for violation of the district’s contract along with unfair labor practices. Read More ...
