BREAKING NEWS: In the "BEST" interest of the city, PJ withdraws
While many were speculating PJ Best’s appointment to fill his father’s seat on council was a backroom deal, PJ says those opponents never actually came and talked to him.
However, he understood the situation, spoke with Joe Chernsokus who was also under consideration, and decided in the best interest of the city and the party to remove his name for consideration.
At the Democratic Committee meeting Tuesday evening, it was decided Joe Chernoskus would fill the void left by Terry Best.

After returning to work, WA foreman collapses and rushed to hospital
Sometimes there are things that just make you go hmmm.
As most are aware, a Pennsylvania Labor Judge ordered Wyoming Area reinstate Bill Simmons, a Wyoming Area Maintenance Forman.
The judge ruled the district wrongfully terminated Simmons and ordered he be returned to his previous status.
On Monday, he returned to work.
The first directive he received - in the 90 degree heat paint a fence which hadn’t been painted in 20 years.
