BREAKING NEWS: Mericle enters plea in kids for cash scandal
Real-estate developer Rob Mericle has agreed to enter a guilty plea in federal court for the “Kids for Cash” scandal.
According to reports, Mericle’s plea revolves around his involvement with disgraced Judges Mark Ciavarella and Mike Conahan.
The actual charge is failing to report a felony which stemmed around Mericle’s payments to the two disgraced judges and failing to report that income to the IRS.
