WA “Tri-Fecta” hits for $500 Grand
When Wyoming Area Superintendent Ray Bernardi said the lawsuit Jim Zarra, PJ Pribula and Robert Micheletti was “frivolous and would be disposed of quickly,” little did he know he be on the hook for $50 grand personally.
This past week a federal judge and jury heard five days of testimony.  They heard both sides and finally once and for all we know who was at fault.
A total award of half a million a federal jury said the plaintiffs were entitled to.
While I don’t have the final breakdown, the jury awarded approximately $300,000 in compensatory damages and $200,000 in punitive.

Feds subpoena five PA teachers
In the ongoing federal probe at Pittston Area, we learned five Pittston Area teachers have been subpoenaed to testify in front of the federal grand jury this Tuesday, August 4th.

The feds have also been probing in Wyoming Valley West and LCCC. Read More ...

In February we wrote (click here for story) Luzerne County District Attorney Jackie Musto-Carroll should file child trafficking charges against disgraced Judges Mark Ciavarella and Mike Conahan.
We said Ciavarella used his position to send kids to jail to line his pockets with cash.
It is no different than a person taking cash to supply kids to pedophiles.  These scum bags are known as Chicken Hawks.
In a way Ciavarella was a Chicken Hawk.
Now a federal judge may also see this and has revoked the judges’ plea to serve 87 months.
“Quid pro quo can be implied from the evidence,” wrote US Judge Edwin Kosik, adding the government does not have to show “explicit promise to perform official acts in return for payment.”
Ah, there it is. “Kids for cash” in legal ease. Read More ...
