The above was a portion of a story that ran this past week in The Times Leader when pot was found in a Sheriff’s vehicle.

Exeter will see heated race come the fall While Exeter Councilman Dan DeRoberto may have won the battle when he defeated PJ Pribula in the primary, he still has not won the war.
Exeter resident Dale Skursky has taken all the necessary steps to have his name placed on the ballot as an Independent.
From what we have been told, he’ll have his cross-hairs on DeRoberto.
This race should be quite interesting considering Pribula actually beat DeRoberto in DeRoberto’s own ward.
Skursky will also have the backing of Tommy Shannon who garnered more votes than DeRoberto.
Couple Shannon and Pribula along with the support of Councilman Joe Esposito, DeRoberto could have his hands full come the fall.

 Jackie Musto-Carroll & Atty Dick Hughes |
| Party official questions DA's motives We received word last week that Jackie Musto-Carroll was courting Dick Hughes at the Mount Carmel picinic.
Hughes won a Republican nomination for judge and will be squaring of against Tina Polachek Gartley who won the Democratic nomination.
Bill Amesbury won a double.
